Thank you for choosing National Carton Industry.
- National Carton Industry undertakes to provide full support for any product sold through one of its approved sales channels.
- All orders are for physical goods, and you can check the status of your order through your store account.
- Product exchange is available within 24 hours only, upon presenting the original invoice, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.
- National Carton Industry reserves the right to change product prices in the store without prior notice.
- National Carton Industry has the full right to remove any product without prior notice.
- National Carton Industry reserves the right to access the customer page to verify that the required data is complete and that orders are valid, and to follow them up until delivery.
- You may delete your account and your information at any time without needing to refer back to us.
Purchasing
- The store system allows you to purchase up to the maximum quantity available in the database.
- You may report the cancellation of an order placed by mistake before it enters the shipping process.
Payment by Credit Card
- We support payment via Visa.
- The supported payment currency is the Shekel (ILS).
- National Carton Industry does not retain any information about your credit card; all such information is handled through a payment gateway.
Custom Orders
- The full amount is transferred to our account before production begins. Please note that any delay in payment beyond the date the sample is prepared may result in a change to the delivery date.
- The specified production period may vary depending on the customer's requirements.
- Amounts paid for products made specifically for the customer to their specification are non-refundable, and such products are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing error — including: printing/typographical errors, print colour errors, or product measurement errors. In such cases, the customer has the right to return the product to have it re-manufactured or the defect repaired, according to the type of defect.
Exchange and Return Policy
A product may be exchanged, and a wish to return it reported, within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receiving the order, with the customer bearing the shipping and return costs.
