What sets us apart is that the products shown in the store are made by us in Palestine and are ready for delivery as soon as you place your order. We are also distinguished by high quality and competitive pricing compared with other commercial products.
What is your delivery policy?
We deliver to all areas of Palestine. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, and may take longer during peak seasons. Customers are also welcome to come to our warehouse and collect their orders directly at no extra charge.
Can any product be exchanged or returned?
A product may be exchanged, and a wish to return it reported, within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receiving the order, with the customer bearing the shipping and return costs.
How can I find my order?
You can view your order details by going to the “My Account” icon, then “Orders”, where you can review your order status and details.
Can I request custom printing on the carton?
Yes, you can request to print your own design and logo on the carton.
What are your official working hours?
Official working days are Saturday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
